I bring a unique skill set to residential property management. First of all, these are expensive assets and must be maintained and protected before we can use the asset to generate revenue. These assets are also businesses. I know by experience. I had my own rentals for many, many years. What many owners don't realize is that having just one rental is a business. I think of my services to you similar to that of a financial advisor but for the short-term rental business. My responsibility to you is twofold. Managing and protecting these very expensive assets and helping you present your product so our guests want to come back to year after year. There are few businesses I can think of that is more fun than the short-term rental business. I get to meet folks from all over the world. It is also flattering whenever guests choose one of the villas from my portfolio to vacation. I understand what it takes for any guests to plan, and save and travel to our beautiful Island. In return I owe the guests the cleanest and best accommodations possible. I want our guests to have the best and most positive memories so they will come back year after year and consider our home their home. Although originally from the Midwest I have been coming to HHI since the late '80's when the Island was much different. I am also an Island resident which also helps me stay in touch with the STR market here on the Island and to provide the best customer service to my owners and guests. Whether you are an owner who chooses me to manage their property or a guest who chooses one of those properties to vacation, either way it is a humbling choice that I take very seriously. Stayed a few nights Amazing stay! We’ve been to Hilton Head Island several times and this was by far our favorite stay. Ric’s condo was absolutely perfect with an amazing ocean front view. The location is ideal for experiencing all that Hilton Head has to offer. It’s around the corner from Coligny shops and restaurants, and it’s not far from Sea Pines. The beach was quiet and not crowded at all. Ric was a great host! He was responsive to all of our needs and went out of his way to make us feel welcome with a welcome basket. We hope we can stay here again soon!

Stayed a few nights Fantastic location. I chose to stay here for the view and convenient access to Coligny area shops and restaurants. The beach is only steps away. Sunrise and sunset are both lovely from the small balcony. The condo itself is comfortable and clean, ideal for a couple or solo traveler. A few families with children have written positively in the guestbook, so it could work with one or even two on the pull out sofa in the living room. The kitchen is small but adequate. The host, Ric, was communicative by text; although I didn't need anything it was nice to know he was there. I appreciated several welcoming touches in the condo. There is ample bicycle parking if you are looking to rent or bring bicycles.

We loved staying here. The view from condo was amazing and so peaceful. We loved having coffee and drinks on the deck. Small but felt very private. Loved watching the waves roll in the dolphins swim by! Condo was just what we needed (two of us). Comfortable living room area, kitchen was well stocked, bathroom was also great. Ric was a great host with lots of fun extras and amenities! I would definitely stay here again!!!
